Many "In Stock" products ship same or next day, a few directly from the manufacturer, but please allow 10-14 days for some items - we will notify you if it will take longer than 21 days.
For small orders under $20.00, we offer an (optional) Economy Shipping rate of just $4.95!
There is no tracking for this method - items will be shipped by USPS 1st Class Mail, and we cannot accept returns or claims for non-delivery (U.S. only)
For all other U.S. orders less than $100.00 we charge $9.75 flat rate shipping, and despatch by the most economic trackable method available. This is also our default shipping rate for all orders under $100 - most often, these orders will be shipped by USPS Priority® Mail.
For Canada and Mexico there is a small order (up to $99.99) shipping option of just $25.00. For EC member countries there is also a (EuroZone) small order shipping option of $25.00, and for Australia there is a charge of only $35.00. Puerto Rico shipping rates are the same as for the U.S.
Hawaii and Alaska shipping rates are the same low rates as for the whole of the U.S.
The total shipping charge, if any, will display at the checkout before you complete your order. And that's it - the amount you see is the amount you pay. Nothing else will ever be added to the cost of your order - no hidden extras, no surcharges, nothing.

Expedited shipping is available for all orders - we charge a flat rate of $29.95 extra for small orders and $50.00 for orders of $100.00 or more. We use the fastest method available by either Fed-Ex, UPS or USPS to your area (the actual carrier we choose depends on your location and the weight/size of your package, and sometimes the method chosen by the manufacturer if shipping direct). Expedited means "as quickly as we can", not necessarily overnight - US customers should still allow 7-10 working days, though obviously we'll make it quicker than that if at all possible. We strongly recommend that you contact us to check product availability before choosing this option.
International Orders are despatched by the safest and most economic method available - please allow 14-21 days for most items - we will notify you if it will take longer than 28 days. Again, the expedited shipping option means we'll use a quicker shipping method. We are not resposible for local country taxes or any delays through customs procedures.
Please contact us if you require a quote for international shipping prior to despatch - however, in such cases we may be obliged to quote you higher than the actual cost, as international rates can vary and are not always known in advance. We do not seek to profit from shipping, packaging & insurance costs.
In all cases, unless we have agreed credit account facilities, goods are not prepared for despatch until a cleared funds payment has been received - when ordering online, this is normally immediate or on the next working day.
